COS - H4 to L1

Hi, I was working in the US on L1A visa till March 08, but after my project was over I had to move back to India. After 4 months, I came back to US on H4(on my husband's H1). My passport was stamped with H4 and the L1 was stamped "cancelled without prejudice".

After reaching here in US, my company is again offering me a job and they need to get my H4 converted to L1. Is this possible or do I have to go back to India to do it. Also can I revoke my earlier L1 (it was valid till Jan 09), or will my company have to file for a new L1.

2 choices. One is to get a visa stamp and other is to go the COS route. Both are possible if you meet the L1 guidelines. Existing petition can be used.
