EAD for L2 Visa Holder - VERY URGENT

Hi Friends,

EAD should be filed by the employer or directly by the candidate itself.One of my friend has arrived on L2 and looking for a job.We are not sure it is to be applied through emplyer or directly by us....

Any inputs appreciated...Urgent!!!

should be applied by the candidate.employer comes in to picture only if we have EAD,SSN and a job offer from a company(employer).
