Is it true that the law states that you cannot renew an L Visa more than 6 months prior to the visa expiration date ?
I have seen 12 Months on the web site of the US consulate in New-Zealand and something completely different on other web site.
Like there is no renewal, we need to apply for a new Visa.
in this case, is there any restriction to apply to a new Visa 6 or 12 months prior to the visa expiration date?
