Applying EAD URGENT

Hi,

I am in Somerset NJ with my L2 visa.
I am planning to apply for EAD.

I would like to know if i can directly go to the office and do that. In that case I want to know the details of the office.

If I have to do it online then where do I submit my photographs and fingerprints.
