Query on EAD

I and my husband will be travelling to US this month. He will be travelling on
L1 and i on L2. We need to come back to INdia in feb 2009 for a month. So if i apply for my EAD in Oct 2008 and get it in 60-90 days. After travelling back to india in feb 2009 and returning to US in march 2009 will i have to reapply for my EAD?

No. As long as your husband is on L1, you can use the EAD till its expiry date. Travel does not invalidate it.
