My L1 was rejected in january08 saying that I am not eligible for L1 blanket application under sec 8 CFR 214.2(I)(ii)(D) and INA 101(a)(15)(L). The VO asked me to come back with H1B or L1 individual. But now, I am also working for another project since February. Now can I apply for L1 blanket with this project? What are the questions I can expect in the interview?
