  • L1 and other state.

    Hi,

My company is located in NY. In a few nearest months they going to transfer me from other country with L1 visa to NY city. NY is a big and very expensive city... and I am going to ask them about ability to live and work remotely from other US state - from Texas for example.

    Question:
Is it possible (and legal) to do this (work from TX if company from NY) with L1 visa?

    Thanks.

Many things are possible. If you can work remotely, you can work remotely from your home country and do not need to travel to US.
