Can anyone please provide the email address of the immigration department where I can complain about the companies misuing the L1-B visa.It is deprieving the people who are genuienly qualified for L1 visa.

Seems like a disgruntled employee to me.

They may be disgruntled; that is for ICE to investigate. As we have seen there are many dishonest employers taking advantage of visa hopefuls.
