urgent Problem with L2 EAD

Hi all,

I recently applied for L2 e-filing on 07-01-2008. Gave the Biometrics on
08-16-2008. Submitted the supporting documents on 08-20-08 proactively. But yesterday i received a notice from USCIS asking for supporting documents. I will be sending the documents today as requested by USCIS. But is there anyone with the same issue as of mine? Could anyone tell me is that going to be any problem?

Any replies and suggestions are highly appreciated.

Send them again. It takes longer for the proactive documents that were sent to make it to your file. Sending it when you have the RFE is the best thing to do.
