Hello,

I'll travelling to my home country on Sept 16.
I'm on L1B visa in the US. I'm coming back on Oct 10.

Could you tell me the documents that I've to carry with me to my home country ? Also, could you tell me what documents of L1B would the officer at POE will ask for ?

I want the specific names of forms / papers.

Same as the ones that you had while you entered earlier along with past few paychecks. Nothing unusual is asked for in usual circumstances.
