Hello.. Friends..
I have been rejected F1 Visa twice 214(b) at Chennai.. Now my employer has agreed for giving me a L1 visa, So will that affect my chances of getting a L1 Visa. Do they really consider previous rejection's. Please tell me friends. I have no idea.

You have t o mention the rejections but that has no bearing on L1 as L1 does not need non immigrant intent while F1 does.
