L1 Visa | Qualification Criteria

Hello friends,

I am an undergraduate and have just had an opportunity to work in the united states and my current employer is willing to sponsor an L1 for me.

Do i qualify for an L1 visa as an under graduate?

thanks for your response, helpful indeed. i have gone through the link and seems like i have everything in place according to the link you gave but i also went through this link http://immihelp.comhttps://www.immih...l1/l1docs.html which talks about graduation certificates as supporting docs.

Wanted to understand if supporting docs are also mandatory or i can do without the graduation certificate as i dont have one.

Why don't you have one? It is needed for the visa.

thats because i still need to sit through my final papers next year but i may need to travel before i go through all of that..
