EAD expired - L2 pending.

Hi,
I am kinda in a wierd situation. My L2 visa is still Pending extention and i jsut recently filed my I 140 and I 485. My EAD expired last month and I applied for renewal. With a week my biometrics was scheduled. I am currently off work as i dont have a EAD. Is there any any any way that I can get an interim EAD or something that will help me get back to work. I dont know if calling the 1-800 nos will help if I say i am suffering from financial losses.

If anyone is in a similar situation, please advise

How long ago did you apply for the EAD extension?

Aug 2nd.
I know i need to wait for the 60-90 days. but then i dont know if my employer will.

It is clearly your fault that you did not apply for EAD earlier. USCIS will NOT expidite your request as you could have applied 120 days in advance. Moreover, L2 income is supplemental and L1 is the primary. What financial hardship case do you have?
