Hi... I have L1 blanket visa from my company, now that i have applied for H1B, it got approved too and my employer said he will send me the papers and wanted me to attend interview in this month and in india itself... but My current company is sending me to US in november 1 week, My question is will it be legal, if i can go US taking H1 B papers with me and after couple of months ( like March ) attend interview in mexico or canada.
Will I be legal working on L1 , even after getting H1b approval...?????
