L1 B Rejected - Reply Again

Hi

I had my L1 B Visa interview on Aug 14th 2008. It got rejected.
I want to apply it again. Please let know if can I apply it now? or Do I have to wait for a period before going for L1 B interview again?

It depends on why it was being rejected.

If it was due to incomplete documents from employer or you then make sure you have it before reappearing for an interview.

If your profile wasn't matching job requirement then you have to prove that you have something extra at this time. e.g. some course certificate or additional experience (real experience)

If there is NO change in circumstances compare to previous then you are taking a chance.
