Plz do me a favor....
My H1B is got shortlisted and the Visa will be effective from Oct 2008 - OCt 2011.But I have not been for stamping, because iam on L1 and my company is planning to send to US in November 2008.My plan instead of going for stamping, I will go to US on L1 and will apply for the change of status there itself from L1 to H1.
Can some one tell me in case if there is any legal issues......
