Hello to Everyone ,
If you are going to get L1A as an Iranian : considering that you are going to transfer from your Iranian company to your US company , then you need to have an OFAC already which is impossible to get that .
My question from this site is :
What if an Iranian who is a Turkish resident is going to get L1A through Turkish company to US company ?
