One month back, I and my wife have come to US on L1/L2 VISA. While entering to US our I94 was stumped till Petition date which is in our case Jan 09 2009. But we are expecting baby some where mid of Nov 2008 and would like extend our I94 to complete all formalities for our baby. There are many formalities I need to complete before I go back to my origin country with my new extended family (with new born baby). If needed I can get new petition ready before my current one expires. Is there any way to extend (Extension of I94) our trip by couple of months such that I can finish my paper work for my baby…?? Please advice me how do I go with this.
