L1 Blanket Visa For Electronics Background IT Professional

Hi All,

I need your help urgently. I am an Electronics Engineering Degree holder,with 2+ years of work experience as IT professional. My company is planning to file L1 Blanket visa for me. I have few doubts, please help me.

Q1 Am I eligible for L1 Blanket Visa?

Q2 If I file , can I get rejected because of my NON IT/CS background at the time of VISA interview?

Q3 Finally if someone like me gets stamped, can the person be stopped at port of entry in US.
