L1A: Company Taken Over

Hi Seniors,

I am in a weird situation. Probably the seniors in the forum txh1b and knowledgeable help me. I came to US on L1A Individual this July for opening a new office in US of my company in India. Now the company is doing good but there are plans that the company might be taken over by another US based company in few months and i need to know what is going to happen to my Visa status? I am not loosing the Job but i will be transferred to the new company which takes over the US company. Can i still stay in the US and work ? what is my status ? Do i need to do anything ? Please advise so i can do the needful and avoid any legal complications.
