Return before L1-B expires?

Hello,
I'm on L1-B and will be going to India for 2 weeks.

My current visa expires on 21st Nov.
My employer has applied for extension. But I have not received the receipt yet.
I will be returning on 4th Nov to US

Would there be any problem?
Do I need to have any extension receipt with me?

Search for "cloning" on the forum. Travel is not recommended on a pending extension due to complications in the I-94 that is issued at POE and it's expiration date.
