Question on L1B extention
Hi
My L1B visa is near expiry and I got the confirmation for nov in Toronto. I have few questions as I feel my case is peculiar. Please help with information.
1. My visa extention is already done by company 2 months back and it would be around 3 months by the time I appear for interview. Any idea if PIMs is going to affect?
2. I dont see any cases here who faced interview in canada recently. Can anyone give their experience?
3. Also I got my PR stamped on my password for canada. So this trip to canada would be both my landing and visa extention. Would this be ok or you see any problem legally? We have to close few things in US before we permanently move to canada.
Any info or similar situation - pls provide details. It will be of great help to me and my family. Thank you
