L1 Visa Stamping
Hi Members & txh1b,
I was into US thru L1. My visa expired last month & was approved thru premium processing in US. I have the approval notice in hand. Due to personal emergency i travelled to US two days back & require to stamp L1 Visa with the approval notice as out of country.
As this is just stamping, do i need all the documents which we usually take it for new/renewal L1 petition or just the approval notice,passport alone to the stamping. I was informed by a friend that though the approval notice is there, it is all like new Visa application with DS156, DS157 filled, need to carry all documents provided to USCIS. Pls clarify. Thanks.
