Hi,
I have L1[Blanket] visa for three years, but because of some changes in the project my travel plan got canceled and I never travelled to US. Now I am marrying a girl who is a green card holder. I understand that I cannot go in spouse visa till she get citizenship, which may take three more years.
I have the following questions,
1) Can I travell to US in my L1 visa and stay there till it's validity ends even with out the permission/knowledge of the employer
2) If I can stay there, can I do some heigher studies or any kind of job
3) If I cannot utilize my L1 visa, is there any other options for me to stay with my wife in US
It would be of great help if someone could help me with my queries.
