    L1 visa and GC

    Can an employer file GC for a person who has L1B visa ?
    Also, I heard that L1 GC is processed faster than H1 GC. Is this true ?

    Yes. Depends on if it is L1A.

      Mine is L1B. So does this mean L1B visa holders are not eligible for green card ?

        I did not say that. It is faster for managers with direct reports on L1A. Read the section labelled Greencard on immihelp.
