Hello,

I'm interested in filing L1A visa through company A. Currently I'm in the US on L1B visa through company A.
Could you tell me what are the process involved ?
Is there any risk factor involved ?

Your interest does not matter. If you qualify for it is what matters. Look up the L1A requirements and do some research on what is needed.
