L1 Extension denied by USCIS

My L1 Extension has been denied by USCIS and I am going back to India.
My questions is: How much time difference has to be given before I can apply for fresh L1. Can I go back to India and immediately apply for fresh L1 or B1 or do I need to wait for some particular duration to apply for fresh visa?

You can reapply anytime you want provided you fulfill L1 eligibility. You cannot work the same as L1 on B1, it'd be illegal.
