L1B stamping
I have been working on L1B since Jan 2007 . Meanwhile a local Consultant sponsored my H1B and I was eligible to work on this Visa starting 1st Oct 2007.
But I never joined the consultancy who sponsored my H1B(I realized very late that the status change has happened to H1B)and have continued working on L1B . The L1B is getting expired next month and my present organization wants to apply for a fresh L1-B from India(they are not doing any extensions).
As , I am applying for a fresh L1-B ,there may be questions about my H1-B status. I am concerned as to what questions can arise and how can that be tackled?
