Need info on L1 questions while B1 is already having

Hi

I have B1 visa, becuase of personal reasons I could not travel as per the schedule, company sent some one else in place of me.

Now If I go for L1 what kind of questions could be asked by VO?

Note: I have B1 but I didn't travel US once.

Nothing specific. If asked, you can say why you did not go. Employer did not send, simple!
