L2 Visa and family based immigrant petition

Is it OK to answer yes on DS156 for question "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf" while applying for L2 visa if sister(US citizen) has filed I-130 for one? Or it can cause any trouble?
I know L visa has dual intention but not quite sure about above question?

It will not cause a problem. Irrespective of it, even if it would, you have no choice to lie but truthfully answer that question.
