    H1B to L2 Transfer

    Please reply ASAP..Appreciate it..

    Hi,
    I am about to complete my 6 years ofH1B in June 2009.
    Do i need to go back to India after that , as I am done with 6 yrs of H1B.

    My wife is on L1 visa. Can i go for L2 after June and If so, what is process for stamping of L2 visa.
    Appreciate your help.
