L1B blanket for non-Comp Sc degree holders working in IT field
I received L1B blanket visa petition approval documents from my company's US office and very soon I'm planning to appear for visa interview. Now I heard for IT companies L1B blanket is primarily used for BE/Btech(Comp Sc) or MCA degree holders.
But I did my engineering (BE) in electrical engineering and working from the begining of my career in IT filed only with total 9-10 years of exp in famous indian IT companies. I never worked for non-IT field and throughout career added multiple skills though training/certification.
Am I eligible for L1B blanket ? what sort of question visa officer can ask on this point ?
Experts please give some suggestions as my visa interview is scheduled within next few days.
