Hi -
I had to apply for I-129 (L1 extension) petition twice due to delay in receipt notice of the initial application. The dependent's extension (I-539 -> L2 extension) was applied with the second I-129 petiton request.
I received the approval for the 1st application (I129 - self). A few days later I received an RFE for the 2nd application (I-129). Can I withdraw the 2nd notice since I already have the approval and link the I-539 (depedents) with the I-129 approval notice and request for my dependents extension? Any help/advice on this is highly appreciated.
