Approve L1 Visa Now stamping

Hi all,

Am in US since last 3 yrs, I had H1 visa earlier which expired in June 2008 and my company filed a L1 B COS with premium processing and it got approved in June 2008. Now I am visiting India and have to go through stamping process,I have been hearing about lot of queries and rejections on L1 visas, do you think I will have any issues with stamping though my L1B is approved.

Is there anything I should be careful about specially since I have H1 to L1 COS.

If by education and experience you are in good position then you need not worry. On side of employer, if Job profile is matching your profile and if your employer is genuine then you are good to go.
