L1 Visa doubts

Hi,

With an interest on the recent changes, would like to know the below doubt.

Based on recent unexpected changes in IT companies,

1. If some company acquires any existing company, then can the L1 visa candidates continue in US in that new company, without any interruption?
2. Is it possible for any L1 candidate can change the company with in US?

Depends on a lot of factors and how the sale went through. How much stake would they have? Are they taking over immigration interests as well?

Best is to have a professional look into the details. It is possible however you cannot change companies unless by means of an acquisition.
