My spouse has an approved L1 valid till 2010, which we received arrived after the I-94 expiry. To keep me in status they applied for the second time and
USCIS has sent RFE notice against my spouse's L1 (second) petition extension. Due to which my L2 petition is in pending status with USCIS. The I-94 has expired on 1st Dec.
I need to visit India due to an emergency. My spouse cannot travel due to work pressure. Will there be any complication while I go for L2 visa stamping? I want to present my spouse's approved 797.
Should I withdraw the petitions in RFE and pending status before I travel?
or should I travel with my petition pending with USCIS?
