Starting L1 Process while H1B is under Administrative Processing

Hi,

I am processing my H1B visa thru company A , but I have not yet got visa because of Administrative processing and still waiting on it.

Now my current company B being not aware of my H1B visa process, wants to process my L1 visa.

Please let me will my H1B visa processing will have conflict because of L1

your current employer would come to know because you will have to declare all the past petitions filed on your behalf.
Your current employer will be pissed off big time.
