CBP office at the international airport. Carry your husband's approved I797. They will verify in the system and correct the date.

You can only hope is has not expired.

      Thank you for your respoce..

My husband's i-797 does not have any expiry date.. how will i know about it?
what should i do if it is expired??
as there is no last date to be in us on my i-94, will CBP officers give me the same date as my husband has on his i-94?

I797A or B should have a validity date. It is literally impossible to not have one. That is the basis for your Husband's I-94 date or visa.

I think it might be a blanket petition. You still would have an expiration date. Either case, CBP will figure it out. Take all the paperwork of your husband and go immediately.

No it doesn't until you get it fixed by CBP.
