Regd L1 Blanket transfer

Hi All ,

I got my L1 Blanket visa 1 year before through Company ABC.However I did not travel to US even once using that visa. Now i have joined company XYZ. Is it possible to transfer L1 B from company ABC to XYZ or whether the L1B is invalid.

Also please let me know whether I can able to get the H1 B through XYZ ignoring abt the L1B which I got previously.

L1 and H1 are not related. Your new company has to have a new L1 and L1 cannot be transferred as you have to meet the requirements of L1 for each individual company. H1b can be applied for by an company that is willing to sponsor.
