I have a question. My L1B Blanket visa was refused in Sep 2008 and I was given a 221g blue form at Chennai. The reason was "Your blanket petition is not clearly approvable under...."
Now my company has got an approval from USCIS for individual petition and I need to attend an interview.
Please let me know if I need to pay the visa application fees again and take an appointment or I can walk in without an appointment on any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10 am and 12pm. There is a great amount of confusion here. Please clarify and share your experiences.
