Tax back while on L1

Hi Team,

I worked 3 months in USA last year. I would like to know there is any policy to get my tax back. Because I was in USA less then six months. Some one told me I am eligible for that. Is it true. I will get my all tax back. I went to USA on L1 visa.

Please help me to know the real answer.

You can't get back the tax. If you had income in USA, you have to pay tax in USA.
