Dear Sir,
My company is planning to give L1 Visa for one of my colleague. My Company is in US and one of the branch is working in India. The problem is my friend is holding a private diploma only and having total 9 yrs experience in Computer programs (2 years in our company). is education qualification is really matter for L1 visa, we are planning to take him to US for 6 Months. is it possible? can you give me good advise on this?, or is there any other visa is suit for him?
