Can I visit U.S on B1 visa during my L1B visa in administrative processing status?
Dear all,
my company filed L1B petition for me in last September. In October, my boss told me to apply for B1 visa, but because of my technical background, my B1 case was pending on administrative processing for about 3 months and i get the B1 visa on 31th January. meanwhile, my L1 petition was approved on 12th January, so i want to go for L1 visa interview this month, but just fear my L1 visa will again put into checking process and i have to wait for another 2-3 months, so if this happen, can anyone tell me if it's legitimate to visit U.S on my B1 visa during my L1 visa in administrative processing?
