which I-94 ?

i entered on L2 visa and later COS to H1.at present on H1.
so while going to my home country which I-94 should be given to airport officials? I-94 which comes while entering on L2 or I-94 came with approved H1 petition? or both? should i tear off the I-94 part of H1 petition?

also at which airport should i handover the I-94?
my travel is from Phoenix->philadelphia->Frankfurt->Hyderabad.shld i give at phx/phil ?

i will be going to L2 stamping to Chennai along with my husband(L1 stamping).can i take my 3month old to the embassy?he is US born..will that make any difference to his entry to embassy?

Both should have the same number and should be returned in Phily.
