Hi,
I have been working in US from past two years on L1B. I have got my H1 petition approved on 2008 October. I am now planning to get it stamped before I leave to India.
There were some rumours that US has now stopped visa stampings elsewhere except at the home country for an individual. Not sure to what extent this is true. Can somebody please let me know if I can still go to Canada/Mexico for first time H1 stamping ?
