L1A status

I have L1A approved status valid till Dec'2010. I have a RFE on my 2nd I-129 petition for L1A and is still pending with USCIS. This is due to the reason that my company applied I-129 twice.

My question is if the pending I-129 is denied does my approved status gets revoked or still I am OK to continue till Dec'2010.

Any response is highly appreciated.

If you have approval till 2010, how on earth was an extension filed?
