Can L2 apply for Green Card?

I am currently on L2 visa and recently got my EAD. Though my husband is on L1 visa his employer company is not doing his Green Card. What i need to know is, is there any process wherein i the spouse on L2 visa can apply for Green Card with any other employer. I would highly appreciate your help.Thanks
