L1 extension RFE 2nd time

Hi,
My husband is on L1 visa and he applied for L1 extension and got RFE after 2 months of L1 expiry date. He submitted the required document and again he got RFE (after 2 months ). anybody in this situation? Could anybody tell me why this has happened?

These days most of the L1 employers are getting RFEs from USCIS.
Please ensure that RFEs are responded to on time.

Remember that these days L1 extns are also getting rejected.
