Hi,
In Feb 2008: Working for Employer A on L1 Blanket visa in US
March 2008: Came back to India and resumed working for Employer A in India
April 2008: New H1 petition (With COS) submitted by Employer B
June 2008: Got RFE "Prove that the beneficiary was in a valid non immigrant status when the petition is submitted"
June 2008: Employer B responded for RFE
July 2008: H1 approved with COS for Employer B (got 1797A). (but I was in India at that time).
Jan 2009: L1 Blanket visa of Employer A expired.
My questions are
1. Can i go for new L1 Blanket stamping again for Employer A (with a H1 petition already approved from Employer B)? If yes, Will my approved H1 petition get cancelled?
2. Can i switch from Employer A to Employer C (in India ) and then appear for H1 B stamping for Employer B?
