Hi, just wondering if anyone can offer me any advice.
I own a company in the UK operating for many years now. Bought a house in Florida 2 years ago.
Would like to set up a business out there and told L1 seems to be the most likely route. Also told by an 'expert' that I need to invest a minimum of $150k to obtain a visa. How correct is this?
Can I set up the US side of the business on my own or do I need a US citizen to make this happen?
